                                                The most widely cultivated grape across Tuscany, Sangiovese is the grape that reigns supreme throughout Italy. From traditional Chiantis to more experimental super Tuscans, wine makers have been utilizing Sangiovese for hundreds of years in the region. This week we will visit 5 different expressions of Sangiovese, while pairing them with some traditional Italian specialties.
